Users are responsible for maintaining secure passwords, preventing unauthorised access, and ensuring account information remains accurate.

Velox Motus operates on recurring subscription plans. Current pricing plans include:
Pricing may change in future. Subscription fees are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, users authorise recurring billing unless cancelled.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Users may cancel recurring billing, change plans, or update payment methods at any time.
Cancellation will prevent future billing but may result in loss of platform access after the current billing period ends. No refunds are guaranteed unless required by law.
Velox Motus may restrict or suspend access where subscription payments fail, accounts become overdue, abuse or misuse occurs, or security concerns arise.
Suspended accounts may lose access to dashboards and administrative tools until payment or verification issues are resolved.

Clubs are responsible for managing competitions fairly, maintaining accurate booking information, handling disputes between members, and ensuring compliance with sporting regulations.
Velox Motus provides administration tools only and is not responsible for sporting outcomes, disputes, or club governance decisions.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Velox Motus is not responsible for banking issues, card provider failures, third-party payment outages, or delays caused by payment providers.
Stripe's terms and policies also apply to payment processing.
The Velox Motus platform, branding, software, content, and associated materials remain the property of Velox Motus unless otherwise stated.
Users may not copy the platform, reverse engineer the software, redistribute proprietary material, or use Velox Motus branding without permission.
We aim to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party service failures may affect access temporarily.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velox Motus shall not be liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, loss of data, sporting disputes, member disagreements, business interruption, or third-party service failures.
Use of the platform is at the user's own risk.
Users agree to indemnify Velox Motus against claims, damages, or losses arising from misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, unauthorised activity, or club-level disputes or misconduct.
Use of the platform is also governed by the Velox Motus Privacy Policy. Users and clubs remain responsible for ensuring lawful handling of member data within their organisations.
Velox Motus may suspend or terminate accounts where Terms are breached, fraud is suspected, subscription obligations are not met, or platform misuse occurs.
Users may stop using the platform at any time.
We may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be published through the platform or website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
